The Mikey Powell Campaign does not share your personal information (where requested or given freely) with third parties in part or whole (except email addresses where consented in member only facilities as stated below).

Such information is normally stored on either a password protected computer, in read-only files or on the 4WardEver UK secure server and is not held on paper documents.

Our primary Newsmail Service is hosted by: Google FeedBurner and governed by their privacy policy. Secondary email services are hosted on the websites secure server and governed by our own policies.

Email addresses are hidden in any group emails sent out by the campaign or the website moderators, however they may be visible in any Forums we provide unless you opt to hide your personal information when using such facilities.

We do not send unsolicited emails as a matter of practice, however certain emails of such or similar nature may be sent in isolated/appropriate circumstances for the purposes of making general enquiries on our own behalf or that of a third party.

The Mikey Powell Campaign uses third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to our visitors based on their visits to The Mikey Powell Campaign site and/or other sites on the Internet. Use of our online services (which include any member facilities, URL link submission facilities and our news blog articles/comments), are strictly governed by our code of conduct.

Users should not post articles/comments that have no relation to the subject matter of this website. We reserve the right to edit submitted articles/comments prior to publication on this website.

The posting of articles/comments that may be offensive to people on the grounds of ethnicity, disability, sex, religion or culture is not permitted under any circumstances.

Users should avoid uploading images (where such facility is provided) which are likely to cause offence.

Where users exchange views, we would ask that exchanges on topical issues are not hostile – disagree agreeably!

The Mikey Powell Campaign will not agree articles/comments for public display which are fundamentally contrary to our convictions and beliefs. We appose all forms of custodial abuse, neglect and deaths.

Always keep in mind that many of the people using such services may have lost loved ones, and users are requested to maintain respect and sensitivity at all times.

We reserve the right to cancel membership or block access of any users in breach of this code.
