Donations are used solely for:

1. Operational costs associated with the running and maintenance of the Mikey Powell website and its other online services.
2. Towards the promotion of events that celebrate the life of Mikey Powell or that raise awareness of the wider issues regarding deaths in police custody.
3. To support the families costs incurred in the legal process and general administration of the campaign.

Donations will not be used to:

1. Pay any form of personal allowance or wage to those involved in the management of any of the above. All campaign personnel are volunteers who offer their time and energy for free.
2. Patron the services of any organisation, group or individual that operates on an ethically compromised basis, or corporations that are known to be connected with any state, or repressive body.
3. Cover any costs other than those already mentioned above, or any other activity that does not serve the purposes for which The Mikey Powell Campaign was established.
